They are skilled in supplies culture and worldly-wise to market, communicate and develop high-quality products while working in F&B management, product selection, liaison or corporate social responsibility. Four macro themes will be explored during the program: the concept of upper quality, supplies communication, sustainability and marketing. Classes, tastings, visits and study trips plus meetings led by renowned international supplies critics. Group: maximum 25 students Attendance: obligatory at 80% of total hours Language of program: English Program direction: Prof. Michele A. II –Liaison& Sustainability Students learn how to communicate and yacky a trendy storytelling tideway to sustainable supplies through specimen studies, workshops and meetings with professionals working in innovative supplies communication. III – Marketing Students are introduced to merchantry strategy and the marketing of high-quality supplies in wing to the social implications of supplies consumption through workshops and specimen studies that portray innovative and sustainable merchantry models.Increasinglyinformation > Study Trips UNISG Study Trips are a unique opportunity for our students to investigate the complexity of current supplies systems in the world by integrating theoretical concepts from the classroom with uncontrived and practical wits in the field. An integral part of each master program are the three territorial study trips (one in Italy, one in Europe, and the last overseas), designed to indulge our students to discover a wide variety of local products and reflect on how they connect to their environmental, economic, and social context. This is the 360° learning experience: gastronomy specified not only by the flavour, nutritional value, and molecular sonnet of food, but moreover an understanding from a socio-cultural, anthropological, and economic perspective derived from their wits in the field.  These trips focus on the various phases of supplies production, from the raw material to the final distribution and liaison strategies, of both artisanal and industrial products. The organization of and planning of the didactic content and travel logistics is managed by the staff of the Tutor Office, who moreover trailblaze the students during the trip. +Increasinglyinformation Career Center The Career Center supports students by helping them diamond their career project through the “Cultivating Your Career” program, structured virtually joint workshops and individual coaching. The fee includes: all wonk activities, including conferences, tastings, and seminars; study material (in digital format); all study trip expenses as programmed, including travel, supplies and lodging; participation in all UNISG and SlowSuppliesevents as included in the Master program; starchy insurance coverage (during wonk activities); private insurance policy tent urgent healthcare for non-European students; 4000 credits on your lunch cards to be used at UNISGWonkTables (corresponds to €400), learn increasingly > wangle to Career Center services (food sector job placement). Financial Aid & Scholarships > Note: Fees do not include  accommodation and the cost of obtaining an Italian permit of stay (“permesso di soggiorno”, around €150). Requirements > an undergraduate or first-level stratum > proficiency in written and spoken English Important Information Students from all countries are eligible to apply. Note that diplomas issued from non EU-accredited institutions must be accompanied by an Italian consular warrant (the “Dichiarazione di Valore” or “DV”) as part of the ticket process, which candidates must obtain and submit to the Registrar Office. The original DV must be handed in to the Registrar Office no later than the first day of the program and will be kept by the university for the elapsing of the program.
